FLORA — Chef David Raines, owner and operator of the Flora Butcher, has appointed Erin Baker Event Coordinator/ Catering Manager beginning immediately. She will be the primary contact for the catering of special events throughout the greater Jackson area.  Baker comes to The Flora Butcher from Ferguson Enterprises in Jackson where she oversaw various customer service responsibilities.
