MADISON — A realtor accused of grabbing a client while showing her a home in Madison and pulling her in for a kiss is out on bond after he was arrested and charged with simple assault last week.

Casey Jonathon Bridges, 38, was arrested and charged with simple assault. Bridges posted a $1,000.00 bond and was released with a court date of Dec. 17 in Madison Municipal Court.

Major Robert Sanders with the Madison Police Department said that on Tuesday, Nov. 24 at 3:58 p.m. officers of the Madison Police Department received a call from a female regarding unwanted sexual advances made by a Realtor showing a home at 250 Ina Drive in Madison.

Responding officers located the female standing outside of the residence and she stated that she had scheduled an appointment to view the home. She was met at the residence by Bridges who is a Realtor for Hopper Properties.

The victim stated that while Bridges was showing the home, he began making inappropriate statements and at one point, attempted to pull the victim in and kiss her.

The victim was able to leave the residence and notify law enforcement.

Upon arrival, officers took Bridges into custody without incident and he was booked on a charge of simple assault.
