Sandra Bradley Bishop

Sandra Bradley Bishop went into the loving arms of Jesus on September 9, 2022 at St Catherine’s Village in Madison, MS. 

She was born November 11, 1941 and raised in Jackson. Sandra graduated from Provine High School in 1959 and attended the University of Southern Mississippi. 

She cherished the gift of motherhood with her children Melanie Todd Sartain (Brian) of Madison and Thomas Bradley “Brad” Todd (Kelly) of Nashville, TN. 

She was known as Nana to her grandson’s Brian Hunter Sartain and Bradley Todd Sartain (Shelby) and great grandson and great granddaughter Sawyer Bradley Sartain and Ann Waters Sartain all of Madison, MS. 

Sandra served many roles during her lifetime in Jackson and Tulsa OK. Her fondest position was having the opportunity to serve as Director of Meals on Wheels in Tulsa. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Madison. 

She is also survived by sisters Dixie Bradley Frank (Irving) of Tulsa, OK and Vicki Bradley Lavender (David) of Charleston, MS and seven nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Bishop of Tulsa, OK, her brother James Harold Bradley Jr. and her parents James Harold and Marcella Bradley.
