Hal's St. Paddy's Day Parade 2023
Jacksonians are gearing up for one of the biggest and best events of the year, as Hal’s St. Paddy’s Parade & Festival returns on March 25, 2023, in downtown Jackson.
The official theme of this year’s event is “40 Years of All That Jazz,” and the parade’s Grand Marshal is the Grammy award-winning jazz musician, singer, and Jacksonian, Cassandra Wilson. As in years past, the parade and festival will raise money for Children’s of Mississippi.
Along with parade festivities, the annual St. Paddy’s 5k is returning with a new name for 2023. The “Run the Rainbow” event will take place on Saturday, March 18, 2023 - exactly one week before the parade and fest day - to support Children’s of Mississippi.
Parade lineup opens at 7 a.m., and the official parade begins at 1 p.m.
