Bobo, Ludwig named partners at Brunini

Brunini Law Firm recently announced that R. Lane Bobo and Alston Ludwig have been selected as one of the firm’s newest Partners. 

joined Brunini Law Firm in August, 2016 after graduating from the Mississippi College School of Law.

He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the area of medical malpractice defense.  In 2019, he received the Jackson Young Lawyer’s Outstanding Service Award. He is also a graduate of the Mississippi Bar’s Leadership Forum, 2020.

He is active in Capital Area Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Jackson Young Lawyers, Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association and the Phoenix Club of Jackson.

Bobo’s practice focuses primarily in medical malpractice defense, construction, general commercial and business litigation.

Ludwig joined the Firm in 2019 returning to practice in Mississippi after practicing in North Carolina for the previous seven years. He is a business litigator who focuses his practice on the construction industry.

He handles a wide variety of construction matters including contract preparation and negotiations, payment disputes, lien and collection matters, claim preparation and evaluation, construction-defect and design-defect matters, and dispute resolution.

Ludwig has successfully represented clients in state and federal court litigation, mediation, arbitration, and before the United States Civilian Board of Contract Appeals.
