Patsy Smith Ratliff passed away on November 11, 2023 from complications after suffering a stroke. Patsy was born July 19, 1936 in Florence MS to Fred and Drucile Lowther Smith.
She had a long career as the Executive Secretary for Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company.
She is proceeded in death by her Parents, her Husband Alton Gene Ratliff and her Brother Fred Marshall Smith.
Patsy is survived by her Sister Peggy Smith of Florence MS and her Daughter Cheryl Derryberry (Brooks) of Florence MS.
