Tate Reeves told reporters Wednesday afternoon without giving a precise time, as the state took command of the drinking water crisis that’s left hundreds of thousands of residents and businesses without running water. 

MADISON — Hoy Road east of Tisdale Road to Sundial Road will be restricted to local traffic only three days next week.

Madison County supervisors voted 3-2 this morning to opt-out of allowing medical marijuana dispensaries.
