Shirley Habeeb Abney, 85 of Madison,MS died November 1, 2023. 

Larry Polk of Madison passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at the V.A. Home in Kosciusko, MS.  Born in 1942 in Shivers, MS, Larry was the youngest son of Olin and Ruth Polk.

Mary (Maria) Lekas Costas was born in Orlando, Florida, on December 23, 1930, to Thomas Basil Lekas originally of Sparta, Greece, and Anastasia Demopoulos Lekas originally of Constantinople, Turkey. 

On October 18, 2023, Elizabeth Luckett Simmons passed away peacefully at age 94.

Thomas Michael Cole, 72, died at his home in Ridgeland, MS on  August 20, 2023. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thomas Cole. He grew up in Texas and Mississippi. 

Dr. Frank M. Wiygul Jr. went on the next stage of his journey on July 25, 2023, a few months after his 100th birthday.
